Steven T. Wahlmeier, M.D
Dr. Steven Wahlmeier was born and raised outside Hastings, Nebraska. After graduating from high school, he attended the University of Nebraska – Lincoln and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. He received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the William Beaumont Hospital outside Detroit, Michigan. He completed a fellowship with specialized training in orthopaedic spine surgery at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.Â
Dr. Wahlmeier is married and has three children. He stays busy with school and kids’ activities but enjoys outdoor activities in his free time. He is looking forward to being back in Nebraska near friends and extended family as well as being able to serve the communities he and his family grew up in.
