Mason W. Hanse, PA-C

Mason is originally from Claremont, South Dakota, and relocated to Nebraska in 2026. He attended Presentation College, where he played on the football team, served as Team Captain his senior season, and graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology. Prior to entering PA school, Mason worked as a Senior Radiologic Technologist at Sanford USD Medical Center and Sioux Falls Specialty Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD, from 2020 to 2024. He went on to earn his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of South Dakota in 2026.

During his PA training, Mason completed elective rotations in orthopaedic surgery and neurosurgery. He is passionate about guiding patients through every phase of their care, ranging from the initial clinic consultation to the final post-operative follow-up. As a provider, his priority is delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and serving as a dedicated advocate to help patients return to their optimal health and function.

Outside of clinical practice, Mason enjoys spending time with his wife, Emily, their son, Walker, and their Mini-Aussiedoodle, Millie. He enjoys returning to his family farm near Claremont, South Dakota to hunt. Mason is also an avid runner, but enjoys playing golf, and cheering on Nebraska Cornhusker athletics and the Green Bay Packers whenever possible.
