Cancellations
If you are running late or unable to make your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible. We request 24-hour notice for cancellations and are happy to reschedule you at that time. You may cancel an appointment 24/7 using our virtual scheduling assistant.
No-Show Policy
If you miss an appointment without notifying our office, it will be documented as a no-show. After three no-show appointments, we may be unable to schedule additional appointments. Please call us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment so we can offer that time to another patient in need of care.
