Make an Appointment
Using our online scheduling tool, established patients at our Lincoln office locations can schedule an appointment for a follow-up visit or a new concern. You may also reschedule or cancel an existing appointment. Please note that certain appointment types, such as new patients, second opinions, workers’ compensation and liability can only be scheduled by calling our office directly. If you do not see a time that works for you, please contact us during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
